Principal's Message

Welcome to St.Theresa's webpage. St Theresa's Parish established our school
in 1951 and since that time the
Parish and its school have been well known for
its strong community focus and its service to the people of

In times past the Sisters of St Joseph staffed our school and The Brigidine
Order was also associated with it.
The influence of these dedicated Religious
women still very much permeates the culture of our school.

Our school is very diverse culturally with 25 different nationalities
represented among our students
who are the most friendly children I have
ever met.

The school offers a comprehensive, inclusive Education that is contemporary
and innovative. Our facilities and
resources support our programs well and
we are always working to improve our endeavours and provide o
community with the best learning environment possible.

We have a team of very dedicated staff members who have a deep
commitment to the school and its
families and who view the family /school
partnership as integral to everything that they do. I feel priviledged t
o belong
to a staff that has has the wellbeing and safety of their students and a commitment to a
Christian view
of the person as their priority.

Our families likewise have a very strong commitment to our school and
support it very well in a variety of ways a
nd we hope all of our community
members find this website a valuable resource.

The strong community culture of St.Theresa's is a hallmark of our school.

In 2019 we hope to continue our playground improvement plan. We also plan to commence
a major building project which will involve redevelopment and renovations to our current

We are very proud of our school and we welcome enrolment enquiries. Please
feel free to contact me if you
want to know more about our school otherwise
I hope you find this website useful and valuable.

All the best
